2023 goals;

2023 GOALS

♥ Finish draft 3 of How Wild Are We and send to the next round of beta readers.

This is in progress, and draft 3 doesn't need nearly as much as much work as draft 2 did. I hope to have this out to readers by February 28.

♥ Once draft 3 notes are back, one last edit of How Wild Are We.

I want to give readers a month with this, so.... springtime?

♥ Query How Wild Are We.

s;ldfkjsl;dfjsdlf If we want our work to be seen, we have to put it out there. Therefore, we query. Hoping to start by summer.

♥ Complete first edits on Lay All Your Love On Me.

I will start edits on this after I finish HWAW's next round, so late winter/early spring.

♥ Plot out My Girl By July; potentially draft.

Ideally, I would like to draft Danger's book for November's NaNo; timeline on this will be determined by how other edits are going by the time we get to the fall.

♥ Plot and draft the Holiday Romance.

Timeline and length will be determined by what my writing group decides on; I'm hoping this is a shorter story/novella than a full length novel.

♥ Only write fics that bring me joy.

We are not wasting time on fandoms who don't appreciate/respect us. We are not writing for challenges that stress us out. Fics are meant to be fun and if that's not doing it for me, I'm not going to write it.

♥ Take care of yourself.

Make the doctor's appointments you've been putting off. Keep working on the anxiety. I can do this.
