(Every time I go to make a post, I always want to put lyrics in the subject line but every fucking time, all I have stuck in my head is either the theme song to Storybots or the fucking Hot Dog song from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse >.<)

August 2020 Goals

I don't know how long I'll actually keep up with setting monthly goals - I'm really good at always having things to work on, but not great at deadlines. I'm also not great at keeping track of said goals but... hey, let's give it a shot.

Press Start #1: Edit and send to beta; post by Sept. 7

Press Start #2: Edit and send to beta; post by Sept. 7

Press Start #3: Finish drafting; edit and send to beta; post by Sept. 7

(Yes, I have at least three fics for Press Start. I regret nothing.)

Angel of Mine: Edit Chapters 1 and 2 and send to beta (Meghan has agreed to look this one over!); post Chapter 1 by Sept. 1; continue to haul ass on drafting future chapters

A Hero Lies In You: Begin drafting new scenes for draft 3

When A Heart Knows Fear: Edit and post Chapter 4 so this can be complete already!!


It looks like a lot, but in my head, this is manageable. I can edit when I'm home at my computer, and continue writing on breaks (whatever my breaks are going to look like...) while at work. I have confidence I'm going to get everything done. At the very least, my fics will be posted before deadline because I'm not going to let someone down like that.
