In your own space, introduce yourself!


Oh hi, I'm Amie! Writer, barista, roleplayer, daydreamer. I've been hanging around fandom for a while now. I started off with a second hand laptop writing bad fic in notebooks and deciding that, hey! If I'm going to spend this much time on the Internet, I should post some of my writings!

(No, you don't get links to my ff.net past.)

I took some time off from writing for fandom after college, so determined that I was going to write something "real" and get published. I still work on original stories and I do want to get those published someday, but in the meantime, I'm writing the things that make me happy. Currently my major works are Angel of Mine, a Stucky/OC MCU angels AU, and A Hero Lies in You, which is still in edits, a Power Rangers/MCU crossover. I also love writing one shots for fic exchanges!

I am also a mom of two kids, both of whom are super creative in different ways. I ended up co-president of my son's PTO, not really by choice. And I am a municipal liaison for NaNoWriMo. ♥

Completely unrelated to anything you wrote here, I ♥ Andrew McMahon and the Wilderness. ♥

I also try and write original stuff as well as fic. I'm not too worried about being published anymore--been there, done that, it was great, but not life-altering, sadly. So, now I just want to write what makes me happy for what ever audience I can garner. ♥ ♥

I love Andrew!! I've been lucky enough to see him a bunch of times and met him twice - he is seriously the nicest person! So happy to meet another fan ♥

At this rate, I'm going to write what stories are in me to tell, and what makes me happiest. I'm still learning and growing as a writer, and that's more important to me. Hopefully your stories are bringing you joy, too!
