Dawwww thanks bb! I still love doing a lot of things by hand, and while I might write short things longhand if I'm out somewhere/stuck with no service, I've moved to doing everything digital now. Still won't pry all my notebooks and notes away from me though ;)
I really ought to frame that quote and put it somewhere so I don't forget it, lol.
So, a bit of background: My parents taught me how to read, write, and do simple math before I started kindergarten. When I actually started school, my teacher had no idea what to do with me because I was too far ahead. So I got handed a lot of "extra" things to do while the other kids caught up. My dad would also just give me literal sheets of math problems to do, too, to keep me busy. I preferred the stories.
I am also pissed that those fourth grade journals are lost to time, because damn it, those were my first chapter stories and I managed to keep track of them for a long time and now they're gone. :(
