Forgot to update this yesterday. Whoops.
I have just made word count the last couple days, but I've gotten through it! As I'm getting back into the swing of working on Seven Seas of Rhye again, the more I'm realizing I need to add more scenes to build up the new relationship I'm introducing, which is Tommy/Kim/Trini. Which I love and adore, and those are the sort of scenes I feel I excel at.
(I'm also dreading writing the fight scenes, but fuck it. I'll get there.)
(At this rate this thing will also never be finished.)
I've also been in kind of a weird brain space. I'm fine being home 24/7 and the quarantine part doesn't bother me, but it's put my anxiety in this weird space. I'm waking up in the middle of the night again, not panicking but definitely with Shit On My Mind. Creative endeavors are hard but easy at the same time? Like I can write some things but not everything and I can cross stitch all day long.
*shrug*? Who knows. I was able to 1. order the kids' Easter stuff for pick up at Target and 2. go to the closest Starbucks that's still open (which is 40 minutes away from me) to grab my markout so we don't run out of coffee. All good things. We are safe and we are home and still getting paid. These are things to be grateful for.
