Yes! Any start is good! Are you the sort of writer who will lose words when you edit, or add them? Generally I find that I always cut way more than I add, which is fine, but I also know there's a few scenes/ideas I have to add, so I might end up around the same word count. Maybe.

Oooooh I'm here for stories with a lil supernatural to them! I remember you saying you'd rewritten yours from the ground up. What kind of supernatural elements are you using? With X-Files as a basis, that could be almost anything!

I'm editing a paranormal romance novel based on one of my old RP characters! The nerd girl is turned into a werewolf after a horrific attack, and that's when she learns that her high school crush is the alpha of his high-class pack. I wanted to play with the "alpha male" trope and show an alpha who, while he has his moments of being a jerk, is really dedicated to doing what's right for his pack, even when they'd rather he stick to the status quo and not change anything.
