yuletide 2020 letter;
Dear Creator,
First off, you're awesome for doing this challenge! I can't wait to see what awesome thing you'll come up with as part of this challenge. There's so much to look at and many requests, so I figured I would let you know some of my likes and dislikes in order to help guide you if needed! ♥ Thank you so much for your time and effort, and I can guarantee that I will squee over whatever you create.
Also, since Yuletide uses "AND" matching, please know that your story does not have to include all the characters I've asked for. I'm 100% okay with a story that only features one or two of my requested characters.

I ADORE THIS MOVIE. THERE SHOULD BE MORE FIC FOR THIS SERIES. I mean... ignoring the third one. But that's neither here nor there.
♥ I absolutely ship Rick/Evie. For ever and ever, amen. Maybe something in between The Mummy and The Mummy Returns re: how they actually ended up married with that huge house?
♥ Ardeth! I just want to read more about him. His life prior to Imhotep's rising from Hamunaptra; why he chose to become a Medjai; anything like that. Or, alternatively, what he does after defeating the Scorpion King's army at the end of The Mummy Returns.
♥ Jonathan. LET JONATHAN GET INTO SOME MESS HE CAN'T GET OUT OF. Bonus points if Evie has to come save him. Possibly while munching on popcorn.
Mamma Mia!:
Requested Characters: Donna, Rosie, Sam, Tanya
This is my current feel-good movie and I regret nothing. I will love and adore anything for this fandom, especially if it's upbeat and fun just like the movie is. Also note that though I've requested a lot of characters, I am completely fine with a fic that only focuses on one or two!
♥ I am a huge fan of Donna, Rosie, and Tanya together at any point in their friendship. Donna and the Dynamos fic, anyone?
♥ Also a huge fan of Donna/Sam.
The Mighty Ducks:
Requested Characters: Adam Banks, Charlie Conway
Last year there were a couple post-canon Adam/Charlie fics written for Yuletide and after reading those, I binge-read all the Mighty Ducks fic for these two. I would love some more fic for this pairing!
♥ I love post-canon fic, where Adam and Charlie ended up and how they got back together.
♥ A Mighty Ducks AU for the third movie? Fine by me.
♥ Other characters I love, should you wish to include them, are Portman, Fulton, Julie, and Russ.
Nailed It!:
Requested Characters: Jacques, Nicole, Wes
DUDE. I hope this nomination results in some beautiful crackfic for the wonderful show that is Nailed It! I have so much fun watching this and I hope you have fun writing for it.
♥ Man, okay, so Nicole/Wes with a side of Jacques would be hilarious. Is Wes into it as much as Nicole is? Also just some background on Wes would be great. He puts up with so much.
♥ Episode Fic. I don't even care what happens as long as there are great lines and cake disasters.
Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights:
Requested Characters: Jaina Solo, Jacen Solo, Zekk
AHHHHHHH SOMEONE REQUESTED YOUNG JEDI KNIGHTS! This was one of my favorite series growing up and Zekk is one of my favorite characters in all of the Star Wars EU. I'd love some fic that does this series some justice.
♥ Zekk. Literally anything about him. His childhood with Peckhum on the streets of Coruscant, his time with the Shadow Academy, his short-lived career as a bounty hunter.
♥ Jaina/Zekk is still my jam. If you're going to be writing smexy times, please age these characters up (and feel free to ignore the New Jedi Order canon that follows this storyline. Canon is optional here.) What would have happened if these two got together and stayed together later on?
♥ Other characters I love here are Tenel Ka (at least Jacen/Tenel Ka is still part of the EU canon even if I don't like how they did it), Lowbacca, Raynar Thul.
